Working closely with the management and using our BrandVision™ framework, we helped Chandlers develop a clearer vision and mission. We defined their brand personality, tone of voice and messaging platform and designed a new brand identity that we’ve applied to stationery, brochures, advertising, sales presentations and a new website – www.chandlers.ltd.uk

DK Management rebrand by VGROUP

DK build and manage commercial bands. The company has eight years’ experience with 1000 gigs and is at the forefront of the music management industry. Realising the importance of first impressions (especially in the music business), they approached VGROUP to support an aggressive growth strategy and realign their brand identity to reflect their true capabilities and positioning in the market.

We firstly defined their proposition and personality. A strapline ‘make it happen’ created to capture the essence of DK’s offer. A new logo, visual identity and website designed to enhance their image and generate excitement with their target audience – musicians.

DK now have a more professional image projecting them as the biggest and best in the music management industry. They are now a force to be reckoned with; making their competitors nervous, their staff focused and above all, proud of their brand. Enfield Safety provide personal protective equipment and corporate workwear to the construction and industrial sectors. When their 40 year celebration came up they decided to rebrand and use it as a long overdue catalyst for change.

Following a competitive five-way credentials pitch, VGROUP advised on their brand positioning, language and brand values; created a new logo and visual identity and produced an extensive range of communications to give them stand-out and compete more effectively in their marketplace.

Thornbury Nursing Services and Scottish Nursing Guild rebrand by VGROUP

After 30 years as a trusted provider of exceptional nurses to the NHS and private health sector, Thornbury Nursing Services (TNS) along with the Scottish Nursing Guild (SNG) approached VGROUP to help define their vision, mission and values and to refresh the brand identity and communications.

Following extensive strategic research with key management, we generated a unique cornerstone of their brand’s positioning and development – a brand matrix. This included a set of shared brand values… “To represent who we are and what we stand for, to guide our actions and behaviours; to influence the way we work and interact with our colleagues and the way we serve our clients.”

A new logo and visual identity followed, designed and aligned to the brand matrix ensuring that the personality values were reflected in every aspect of the brand communications. From stationery to literature, colour palettes and imagery to digital application and their brand language. Templates and brand guidelines followed helping to keep the brand on brand in the future.
